Tomato, San Marzano

An indeterminate paste tomato. A classic Italian favorite with high yields, this tomato is excellent for preserving. It's prized for its rich flavor, firm pulp, low seed count, and easily-removed skin. It resists cracking and holds well on the vine and in storage, offering heavy yields.
